Gluten-Free Cakes: Whereas in optimal times we could invest in the gluten-free flour as necessary, due to the COVID-19 crisis, business is not as usual. Cash flow is such that we cannot make that investment in the quantities required to be price competitive for what has always been a “special order”. We regretfully do not currently have the ingredients necessary to provide gluten-free. We are truly sorry but hope that you understand. Please check back with us in the future when business gets back to “normal”.
